White Chicken Chili - Taz and Belly

Josh and I are headed out of town today for a little weekend getaway and Heather was nice enough to fill in for me! It’s my week to share some LiveWhole365 goodness with you guys, so she’s sharing a great family-friendly recipe for Whole30 Approved White Chicken Chili.

My husband and I (pictured above) have been married for almost 8 years and we welcomed our first baby last August (You can read his birth story here!). Even though we’ve always been pressed for time, I find that having this new little nugget makes it even more important to be on top of having quick and easy healthy recipes.

That’s where this Paleo & Whole30 Approved White Chicken Chili recipe comes in! Not only is it delicious, but it uses a rotisserie chicken so you can easily whip it together. Big bonus? It makes a TON, so I typically freeze half to make for an even easier meal in the future.

Instead of beans, this recipe uses sweet potatoes, which oddly enough just works! The hubs and I both adore this and have made it no less than 10 times. It’s a total staple in our home.
