Saturday night, we had the pleasure of heading to a swim club for a birthday party for our good friend Ella Matthews. Since the Ellas don’t see each other at school every day, I was hoping they would remember each other well and have a good time. The mommies were worried for nothing! These two picked up right where they left off and had a wonderful time swimming and chasing each other around.

Singing Happy Birthday and opening presentsWe all got a good laugh when “big” Ella’s daddy called them out of the pool for cake and presents. He called them “big” Ella and “little” Ella. Ella Matthews said, “Dad, we’re two big Ellas now.” Too cute!
