Let me first say, hello! I missed you yesterday… I think it was the first day since I started this blog that I didn’t post. We didn’t have much to talk about at our house and it was our sweet daddy’s last evening at home before heading out of town for the week, so we spent some much needed family time last night.
A few sweet Ella things… this morning while putting her in the car seat she told me that I need to go to the “man village.” If you’ve been following this blog you understand she is obsessed with the Jungle Book. How weird is that… the man village? Then as we were pulling out of the driveway in the dark, she spotted the sunrise and said, “Look mommy, it’s a rainbow!” How adorable is that? I explained that the sun was “waking up” and it was a sunrise, but I kind of like the rainbow thing better.
I ordered Ella some Halloween jamma-jos (pajamas) one day last week and they finally came today! I asked her if after bath we could take a picture with our pumpkin for Gran & Nana – to show off our new digs. Apparently she thought I meant every pumpkin, so forgive the same shot with three different pumpkins, one of them terracotta. Happy Fall!
